Cleaning should happen after everything else is done. Why? Because deposits, appearances, and overall quality can be affected if dust, dirt, or paint is tracked in after cleaning.

Waiting around in an empty house is no one’s idea of fun. Leave a key in a safe spot—under the mat, in a lockbox, or the mailbox—so we can start promptly. This saves time and stress during your move.
Cleaning without water or electricity isn’t possible. Double-check your utilities are on at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to give the utility company time to activate.
Important: If utilities aren’t working when we arrive, the service will need to be rescheduled, which may include a cancellation fee.
While rare, there are times a touch-up may be needed or unexpected issues arise. Having access a few extra days after your scheduled cleaning ensures we can handle any last-minute needs without stress.
